Shipping may be free for purchases above a minimum purchase amount and you can check it in the cart offer when entering your ZIP CODE. If your order does not reach the minimum value for free shipping, the cost of delivery will be calculated according to the ZIP CODE of your delivery address (taxes and services are not included in this value).
EXPRESS:
Receive your products faster! This shipping option is available for some areas of the USA, so check the ZIP CODE of the desired delivery address on the "Shopping Bag" page.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
WWW.FOKOUSA.COM delivers the products purchased in their original packaging and maintains the quality standard of the order as manufactured. WWW.FOKOUSA.COM couriers are not authorized to customize or modify packaging or their products. In buildings, delivery will be made at the concierge and the buyer is entirely responsible for the safekeeping and transportation of the products to the floor and unit of his apartment.

During the Purchase process, WWW.FOKOUSA.COM provides an estimated delivery time for orders. To define the estimated time, the products in question, purchased, quantity, availability in stock and distance between the distribution centers of WWW.FOKOUSA.COM and the customer's delivery address are taken into account.
The delivery time starts counting after the posting of your order and is calculated in working days. Your delivery is calculated according to the ZIP CODE provided and found at the end of your order, just below the delivery address.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
WWW.FOKOUSA.COM uses several carriers as a partner for deliveries, so days and times may vary. However, generally order deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, from 8am to 6pm. In case of doubts, you can talk to FOKOUSA@GMAIL.COM, regarding the dispatch of the order. If the delivery address is a condominium, the consumer must inform, indispensably, at the time of purchase, any restrictions on delivery times, where they must be made and to whom the goods must be delivered, in view of the existing rules.
FREIGHT
The value of the delivery freight of the Products is calculated automatically by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume and quantity of the products purchased. The distance between our distribution centers and the delivery location informed in the order, are also considered.
IMPORTANT:
- For the types of freight the date of the order does not count in the calculation of the delivery time, but the posting of your order (when we send it) in working days. This deadline may be changed in specific campaign periods.

- You will receive by e-mail all the statuses of your order.
- Delivery dates are an estimate and there may be slight delays due to external factors such as excessive rainfall, extreme risk areas and rural areas.
